Olga graduated from Northwestern University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Previously, she received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Human-Computer Interaction at DePaul University.
Olga is trained in psychodynamic traditions. She is a trauma-informed and solution-focused therapist who favors creative approaches and embraces a multicultural lens. Through continued education and participation in international conferences, Olga collaborates with leading professionals in the field of psychology all over the world and incorporates elements of other cultures in her practice, such as Scandinavian world-leading methodologies for raising happy children and Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) among others. Olga works with families, including helping neurodivergent children to feel well in a neurotypical world.
Olga has a multidisciplinary background in computer science and visual arts. In her previous career, Olga worked as a software engineer at the world’s leading consulting firm. While working in a high-pressure corporate environment, Olga became interested in finding a life/work balance and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through understanding the importance of mental health and mind-body connection. Olga is passionate about helping her clients to find harmony in life through various forms of therapy. Olga employs elements of art therapy in her clinical practice to facilitate the holistic development of children and to foster parental comprehension of their children’s needs.
