Therapy Approach
Tom believes that therapy is incredible useful, and he does not necessarily believe that you need to be dealing with a problem in order to benefit from therapy. Tom believes in a holistic, collaborative, and integrative approach to care. Tom prefers to focus on using a strengths-based approach in order to help encourage, empower, and motivate clients. Tom believes that therapy can be a great place to share thoughts, express ideas, explore emotions, or talk about anything that is on your mind because sometimes we could all use an outside perspective on our situation.
